Review: Enlightening insights at interpack!
Track. Trace. Protect. After a long break HEUFT was finally able to present current innovations for food, beverages and pharmaceuticals packed without faults and foreign objects as well as consistent brand protection again at the interpack 2023 in Düsseldorf.
A mood of optimism at the interpack: HEUFT has showcased trend-setting solutions for all the hot topics at the important packaging trade fair which was finally able to take place again exactly one month ago – for example the intelligent HEUFT reflexx A.I. camera from its own development and production for exact code verification.
Continuous track & trace, intelligent X-ray inspection
Together with the high precision of the container and product tracking of HEUFT systems and a data management in real-time the reliable detection and unambiguous allocation of the packaging codes forms the basis for a continuous track & trace of the complete filling and packaging process which we were able to present at interpack 2023.
And with new X-ray components as well as genuine AI from our own development the operating and detection reliability of the pulsed radiometric inspection for the detection of foreign bodies with highly automated systems from the HEUFT eXaminer II series has increased considerably.
It is therefore crystal clear that these and other innovative leaps were among the absolute highlights at interpack 2023! The right solutions were available at the HEUFT stand for all the current trend topics. The interest shown by the international guests in the HEUFT eXaminer II XT for the pipeline inspection of still unpacked product mass, which was exhibited live, in the new and further developments for the quality assurance and in-line inspection of product and packaging presented on the cyber-physical equipment platform and above all in our Enlightenment stations was correspondingly great.
X-ray image processing with artificial intelligence
These offered illuminating insights into the novelties and advantages of pulsed X-ray technology, which is only available from us, and into the latest development stage of our AI-supported real-time image processing. The latter even detects shape deviations on X-ray shots of structured products, so that in the coming future it will even be possible to identify ring-shaped pieces of cable among noisy ring-shaped noodles, among other things.
And at our rejection bar the current HEUFT ONE with HEUFT reflexx A.I. top-down camera verified the lid codes of snack containers in order to clearly eject and serve the impressed visitors exactly the product they had ordered. This is how accurate product tracking for full traceability works!
Our current exhibition highlights were right on trend at interpack 2023. At the latest at the next edition of the international packaging trade fair in three years time there will definitely be more groundbreaking further developments for simply more product and packaging safety and consistent brand protection to be experienced again at the HEUFT stand!
